Return and Refund Policy

At HEAVY RITUAL, our clothing is printed to order. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.

Changing your mind

For standard products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Please contact us within that period to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address. Do not send returns directly to Printful without instructions.

Refunds

We will refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge, where applicable. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery option is not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until one of these occurs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs, where available.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights. You will not be charged return postage where we are legally responsible for the problem.

Personalised products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
